Eliza's practice specializes in working with adults with a history of trauma in their childhood, who are feeling stuck in a relationship--with themselves or others, or who are holding limiting beliefs. She works collaboratively and integratively with clients to build a safe and human relationship, increase insight, make adaptive meaning, and support clients to feel more empowered and connected in their lives.
